BCAA vs protein

If both protein and BCAA are the building blocks of the muscles and they feed them, which one should I choose for best results? What do you prefer to take?

Usually, I prefer the protein, as it has more nutritional value than the BCAA, and they are basically performing the same functions. However, many proteins these days have both things, so there is no need to make that choice.

BCAA contain only 3 of the 8 essential amino acids. A protein supplement will give you much more bang for your buck.

Get a good quality whey protein isolate and use it as a supplement to help meet your daily protein requirements.

A good whey isolate protein powder will be the better option. BCAA are really only helpful if you train fasted or don't eat enough protein each day.
