Yeah I usually don't either. I don't even really like bacon but knew other people would like it. I found the recipe after I heard about it on the radio, sliced it up and served it as a sandwich. It feeds a lot of people. It was okay, but not really worth all that effort. Fun to try once though.

Yeah, I would say I usually don't do red meat, just because I don't really care for it. I don't usually even buy it unless I'm making food for a party or get together because poultry and fish get boring.

That could be why I didn't consider the bacon explosion worth the effort. lol
