i do on days when im feeling really stiff (crak600, get your hand out of your underpants, i mean muscle stiffness. muscle.) ie having done chest and back on the previous 2 days
apart from that, im no slouch, but nor do i do the gym gorilla shuffle
OK I was tipsy (Sorry!!) when I initially posted this here's what I think I meant.
You know when you're quads reach a point at which you can't walk normally... and you either have to walk like a cowboy (legs apart), or force them together to gain some semblance of being a normal person.
I only get it after a leg session when there's a decent pump and it's annoying...
Does it make more sense now? Damn Monday night drunken student buffoonery.
