Well testosterones carry the estrogen sides and deca carries the progesterone sides, which together result in bloat, gyno, and extreme shutdown of the HPTA. For the estrogen issues you have to take anciliaries like adex, aromisin, femara. For the progestin sides maybe bromo or dostinex. Recovery after deca can be very difficult for many.
Sure ox is a very effective and clean drug. Too bad it is so hard to get hold of it and it is so expensive.
Drugs like primo and eq are mild yet effective, and do not carry the estrogen related sides. Then for the testosterone lovers the vet and black market stuff is cheaper, too than the prescription choices. And some say that fina will not shut you down as bad as deca. Of course fina has a reputation as being one of the most effective AAS (and also many sides). I have not tried fina cause the last nandrolone I had in my system shut me down so bad I decided to avoid all progestins. Hate to throw out the good furniture with the bad but at this point I do not want to risk it.
The other orals you listed are all very effective compounds, too. And not very costly depending on source. Alot of this comes down to individual biochemistry - how does one react to progestins? how much estrogen does one produce? are there blood pressure issues? liver concerns? MPB? etc.
Although from an effectiveness perspective, testosterone, a stong anti-e, and ox would probably be very good and sufficient. Although one might still prefer a cycle of test-eq to mix in with the test-ox cycles from time to time. To take a break from the orals. The jury still seems out on just how safe ox really is for your liver.
Plus there are drugs like Proviron which are not available for RX in the USA which would be much better to administer in many cases for HRT. No estrogen sides (except as an anti-e itself), no or very little HPTA sides. No injections or gels. Beautiful
I am kind of playing devil's advocate - you have a good point, but I think such a limited choice would also have its drawbacks.
