After all this time of me raving about how much junk I think they put in prtein bars, my buddy just gave me 4 cases of nitrotech and eas carb sense bars (he won) and GNC won't take them from me..................suck it up and eat them, or sell them on EBAY?

you them instead of chalk - I remember a Met-Rx bar was an excellent substitution to brown chalk when used ona smooth wall. How are Nitrotech bars? Never had one before, but Carb-[Non]Sense bars were tolerable, except lemon flavor ones
Honestly, I hate the thought of giving away protein and even greater, tossing them out.........so, taken with Rala as my mid-am snack with my Myoplex a decent idea? I mean, they are protein, right? LOL
actually, I havent had a candy bar in years, so I prob. won't know the difference...it's that or a tuna wrap....and I aint much of a tuna fan either............maybe I'll just f-it and eat both.......
preworkout seems to be the most rational idea - use it for fuel; besides, JK, I saw your post on Anabolic Board, if you wish to run a bulking cycle, give yourself some lee-way - you're not eating pop tarts, anyways. If your workout is in the AM, then go for it, your body will be most sensitive, and any fat gain will be nominal, given the over all diet is in check
