Barry's at It Again!

So Barry is criticizing tax breaks for private jet owners.

And he's the heaviest user of presidential jet travel in the history of the US presidency. He's even had his dog flown-in via private jet to meet the family. Yes sportsfans, the dog was the only passenger in the jet.

Good times.

Just FYI, Donald Trump is critical of these tax breaks as well. Everyone should be.

He's also taken more vacations and golf days than any president I can remember.

In a perverse way, I like watching Barry do this one too.

Between his NRLB attacking Boeing and him attacking private jets, that should insure the destruction of yet another unionized US industry and secure its relocation overseas. This is really just an acceleration of the course he's already laid out.

Did the dog enjoy cawktails and a in-flight movie

you have moar to give

Perhaps, but it's not going to the US in the future.

I'd much rather dump less money in a banana republic somewhere who'll still waste it all, but at least they'll waste more of it.

Just gotta find the right banana republic...

and by "banana republic" you mean "Cutter's"

Naw, in a real banana republic you don't need a Cutter's. You just pick a villager, point to them and say "bathe her, and bring her to me!".

It's awesome awesomeness.

does he want to eliminate the use of accelerated depreciation for all large assets, or just jets?

I'm not sure. The accelerated depreciation is a nice feature to encourage jet purchasing, particularly. For companies that focus on cash.

Drug dealers?

Naw... Any business with unusually complex accounting will have to focus on cash. Big incomes without the cash to back it up is a huge red flag, especially in a post-enron era.

The sooner we get this done, the sooner that the markets know that the debt limit ceiling will have been raised and that we have a serious plan to deal with our debt and deficit, the sooner that we give our businesses the certainty that they will need in order to make additional investments to grow and hire and will provide more confidence to the rest of the world as well, so that they are committed to investing in America."

I sure am glad Barry is working hard to help business!

What a damn joke. Are Americans really that dumb?

The existence of the Tea Party, and the fact that Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh actually have audiences, and that Michelle Bachmann is presently considered a frontrunner in the 2012 GOP primary race, proves that Americans are dumb.

And yet every person you listed has at least the basic sense to know that if you kick the hell out of employers and shower them with threats, they won't hire.

So that puts them all at least one notch past Barry.

It's ok -- let's just linger around 9.2% unemployment (with real unemployment closer to 20%) and see who gets tired of Mr. Hope-and-Change.
