Bonds is breaking down. He might get 30 HR's this year, if he's lucky. I look for him to miss at least a month with his knee, in which case he might not get 20.

Don't forget that the steroids -most likely - extended his career. You don't get better as you get older. If he wasn't using, his numbers would have tailed off and he would have been no where close to Ruth or Aaron by now - if he was still playing.

Who cares. There are newspaper articles from the late 1800's that show one Hall of Famer was using testosterone.
If you guys think that Bonds or the rest of the league was clean up until the 80's you are crazy. Lots of guys have admitted using in the late 60's. They took everything under the sun. One guy even said he never lost a game... he just got out milligramed.
If the truth ever came out I am sure you would find that most if not all player used and still use. The difference is that they did not have a clue how to use or what to use until labs and trainers popped up to teach them. I believe that became more regular in the 90's.
The bottom line is everyone is guilty. The only crime is getting caught.
