Ok guys I was on a strength cycle of Test1g a week for 1st. two weeks along with 40mg D-Bol day.Then 750mg test,100mg Tren Eod and was gonna finish with Halo. I ate 1000 calories over maint. and gained 13lbs. and 2%Bf over 4 1/2 weeks.I am 5'10, 208lbs. and 18%BF(fat) with the calipers.I Tore the top ligament on my right shoulder and a slight tear to my anterior deltoid muscle on same shoulder at work.I decided to try to change to a cutting cycle so everything is not a total loss as I am facing shoulder surgery and Doc. say3-6 months before any heavy lifting.I have decided to drop to 1900 cal. try to keep at 200 grams protein. or better. Carbs 100g daily.Want to get down to 10% or lower bf. I can do real light isolation exercise for Bi's and Tri's but everything else is a loss. I am trying to stay heavy on lowerbody.

Supplements T-rex/Glucorell I have about 2 weeks left of each,ECA, I also have T-3 and Clen on hand and was thinking about using working up to 50mcg each after T-rex and glucorell run out.
