Banana rice protein pudding

You need:

50 g basmati rice (or any other)
30 g vanilla whey protein
1 dcl non fat milk
1/2 banana
liquid sweetner

Cook rice in water with added sweetner. Cool down cooked rice with cold water (the fastest way).
Put milk in blender, add whey and then sliced banana. Mix well.
Add rice and mix few minutes until cream smooth.

Put in a cup and refrigerate.

Instead of rice you can take millet.

Cal: 371
Protein: 32,9 g
Carbs: 56 g
Fat: 2 g

Anyone knows how much dry milk is a dcl?
