Been experimenting with different recipes for my protein shakes. Today's was 20 oz 1% milk, 4 scoops of EAS Simply Protein, 1/2 banana and 2-3 tablespoons of canned crushed pineapple
HOLY FUCKING SHIT THAT'S A GOOD SHAKE!!!!!!. It's even better than using just fresh strawberries.
Next recipe is banana and strawberry but the strawberries are from a canned type deal that I bought in the pie section of the grocery store. I don't think I'll have to use that much of it.
Mods, can we leave this up for a bit until moving it to the food section.
