Balls ache after 2nd day of cycle

Doing 250 test e twice a week. Took my first injection yesterday and I woke up this morning with the twins having a slight pain. Nothing unbearable at all just a slight ache. Being the second day in is what makes me worried. Can test cause the pain this early?

If youre really worried about it grab some hcgenerate. Youre dose is low and test e has longer esters so thats weird. Maybe some n2guard.
