Balance Bars

At my college, they quote unquote "give you" $150 in discretionary to spend around campus. The only quote unquote "health food" the facilities have to offer are Balance Bars at $1.85 a pop.

Should I consume a couple of these a week in addition to what i am cooking in my room? Or do these things do more harm than good? Judging by the wrapper, they have a couple drawbacks....but it is hard to get calories/protein/etc. here, so I have been eating a few per week. I am bulking, but i am trying to be on the cleaner side of the bulking process. Should I use up this $ that doesn't carry over on these bars or what? Thoughts, suggestions???

dont your campus got a little store that sells food...........get some eggs, tuna cans and stuff:)

real food is better than any bar, but if you have no choice then get a bar with low or no sugars in it. Remember it's better to eat something than eat nothing.
