bagels

i didnt know there were different size bagels, im talking like a standard bagel..they are like 6 inches or something

If you're cutting simply don't eat any bagel

if you're bulking the whole wheat kind will be the best one
 
Get this....FLAX SEED BAGELS :p ....

62 g carbs 12 g protein and 12 grams fat (good fats.) I eat 2 a day when bulking. For breakfast and after workout.
 
I have to take in a lot of calories to gain weight. Some people resort to "weight gainers" packed w/ sugar that taste like crap IMO. Instead of eating that crap i just get something i like w/ carbs and load up on them. It's the only way i can gain weight effectively.

Buddy back that up...actually don't because you are wrong!!! Some are, which are filled with suger but most are great especially when you need those extra carbs in your diet.
