Bad knees, deca, or anything else?

lethia

So, I got two bad knees, its hurts a tiny bit when I do squats and legpresses and theyre also making noice, kinda like when you blow bubbleplastic, so Im wondering if Deca could help this problem?
Took pics of the knees some years ago but theyre worse now, going to the doc again on monday, the reason in wondering if anyone knows anything about this prob is because Im wondering if deca could help?

Planning on doing my first cycle on late summer, Test E 500mg/w, and I do know, go with 1 aas on first cycle, but if deca, or any other aas would help, should I combine them?

Are there any other aas that are as good as deca?

sounds like you have dry joints.. you need more omega's, fish oil, etc.

deca is overrated when it comes to this stuff.

also if it hurts to squat then lessen the weight or just don't squat.

problem with most peoples diets is not only do they not get enough good fats/omega's.. but they also eat a lot of inflammatory things which makes their problem worse like milk or breads.

i do take fish oil every morning, and stopped drinking milk and minimal with bread:) I would say I get a good amounts of fats during my day, and the squatting and leg pressing, i cant do any weight at all, using the bar alone hurts, which sucks

you probably just have a chronic knee problem.. i dont see a solution for you man other then upping your good fats even more. i wish that i could tell you just take some deca and the problem will be magically cured but then I would be lying to you. I'm a 2 time deca user and the only benefit deca has with joints is water weight which lubes the joints, maybe you will get a momentary relief, but when you go off deca you will be back to square 1.. and quite honestly its very overrated even with that cause I have issues myself and it didn't make a difference with my joints.

hehe, thanks for the info tho:) ill ask my doctor on monday, see if i can get it checked properly, and ye, ill just up the fats even more, hopefully itll help a bit more

got to your doctor and see what the problem is ith your knees

hen u are aware of wat damage or problems u have with your knees come back and let us know

deca is onyl good for treating some joint pains, not all

Well, assuming its same as it was 3 years ago:

Took scans and MR, they couldnt see anything that would relate to my problems, all they would say was, train less...

hopefully they'll find something this time:)

Try Tren, I found it better than Deca, if you can deal with the night sweats. That is if the Dr doesn't find anything

doctors don't make money finding whats wrong with you.. they make money doing tests on you. good luck finding the culprit.

in the end your only relief is gonna be acupuncture/massage therapy and staying away from motions that hurt

a friend of mine had lower back pain for months and months.. she saw 10 doctors and no one could figure it out. so she googled and found out it may be her gallbladder.. so she goes back to the docs and they blow her off.. finally she found a doc 2 hours away who looked into the gallbladder idea and turns out thats what it was.

its kinda like a family member going missing and going to the police.. good luck finding them. the police are so behind and could not care less.. you are best off hiring your own private investigator.
