bad infection....

so, i posted a thread the other day titled 'fucking pain!'
the pain was worse today so i stayed off work and went to docs this afternoon. i came clean about gear use(its legal here in uk).
he then looked at my delt and told me i have a bad infection that has spread round my whole top arm!
he has prescribed me some antibiotics called Co-Amoxiclav that contain penicillin. he has outlined the redness in pen and told me to go straight to ER if it spreads more in the next 24 hours and they will put a drip in me and feed me antibiotics that way(cant remember what he called it.
this fucking sucks cock big time!!!
anyone else here been through this? it is the worst pain ever!!
also, my next shot is due tomorrow night am i still ok to go ahead with it? (gonna go back onto galenikas!) obviously i'll shoot somewhere else this time.

the doc started telling me about people dying from using steroids, liver damage and high bp and all that shit, trying to put scare tactics on me.

Last year I had a similar experience in my quad, I was in agonyt and couldn't walk, I had a a load of swelling and redness over half my thigh, told the docs at hospital that I felt something go when I was squatting, They did a blood test and told me to come back if it got worse, next mornoing I was back in, my results came back saying i had an infection, then i got a scan on my quad and the doc said it was ruptured and could come off the bone, I was like shit man all this off some gear!!! Anyway I got some antibiotics and the ionfection cleared up in a week. Personally I wouldn't worry about, keep off that bad gear and use what you know works best, just keep away from the infected area for a while.
Hope it clears up soon buddy!!

I got an infection once too but I did not mess around and went to the docs right away thanks to what the members here told me. I am glad I did. I had to take Clyndamycin. since many typical antibiotics would not work for this type of an infection

Yeah, be glad you went to the doctor. A guy I know stuck himself in the delt w/o swabbing first, and got a NASTY infection. He waited a month to see the MD, the had to IV him and had him in intensive for like 4 days!

He now has a 1" wide/ 1/4" deep hole in his delt...not pretty!

had the same problem about a month ago, abscess on my shoulder, turned into a staph infection, almost the same symptons you got, i waited three weeks to start back up on the gear, thats when i was feeling alot better. i would wait because your white blood cell count is prob higher than avg. with the infection you got going.

What are you taking? I had something similar but it was from Anadrol. Yah I know an oral. I developed what began as a zit on my stomach and within 6 hrs. or so looked like I had sewn a half of a baseball under my skin. I got super sick and went to hospital. Months later ( Not putting 2 n 2 together) I again was taking Anadrol and I developed huge absesses under each arm. Had to get them lanced..not fun.Has anyone had a similar problem as this and more importantly is there anything out there to counter act it? I love using Anadrol otherwise but I'm running out of excuses for the doctors.

This is my thoughts exactly only the one of these is all it takes to get an infection. I ended up finding out it was crap gear that I had aka satchets that gave me my infection. So if you think or better if you know you did not slack off on the injection sterility prepartions then you might just have bad gear! jmo

it was inject no 12 of this cycle.
1st time using that particular gear though, i used galenikas foe the 1st 11 jabs then ug for no 12.
inject technique was the same for all. took a shower, used new sterile needle, new syringe, 18g to draw, 25g to inject, wiped down vial and site with alcohol wipes. aspirated and ijected slowly. everything was fine until early hours in the morning woke up in pain!
started antibiotics yesterday and i must say i feel better already, still hurts bad but not as bad.

might be coincidence with ure UG lab, but i would definately toss it since you had a bad infection after the first inject. like i said, could be coincidence, but it definately wouldn't be worth taking the chance to me.

i got in touch with my source and he has offered to replace my gear(i have 30ml of the stuff that i dont dare touch now) he's a good guy, as you say it could just be coincidence so i am very grateful of him.
decided to carry on with cycle and injected 1cc of galenika test today, was a bit shaky, no matter how many i do i think i'll always be a bit nervous when i'm injecting.
