Bad Idea

Well, you'd probably look really strange after a while.

not to mention CNS overload from DL that much. If you push it hard, your body won't be able to DL that much.

Use weighted pullups, bb rows, hypers, power shrugs to build back. Do your squats and bench work to develop a full balanced body. Train your muscles to all work together for max strenght. Eat every bit of lean protein you can get. Cut the crap out of the diet. Get plenty of sleep.

All the basics... they will make you big and strong.

There ya go bro. There are great guys and gals here who know 10 times what I know. Read up on different routines, lift hard with what works for you and definitely watch the diet and sleep. Best thing I ever did for myself was get these under control. I trained for over 40 years since I started boxing at 8 and as I got older I neglected diet and sleep. Life go in the way. I got in a great realtionship, stopped partying, eat right, sleep right and have put on over 30 pounds and cut body fat in my late 40s. I'm in as good a shape as I was in my 20s and am much bigger/ stronger.
