bad idea to use t3 on a keto?

just found out that keto diets slow your metabolism more than any other diet. i was wondering if using t3 during a keto a bad or good idea? im doing a keto now and i am using t3. starting weight was 226lbs and now, 26 days later, im 188lbs. i was thinking of stoping this keto diet now that im still on t3. that way, when i get off the t3, i wont be doing the keto. not sure if that made any sense to you.....

ANY diet that restricts calories below your maintanace level will slow down your metabolic rate, addition of t-3 is a good idea to any calorie restricting diet, Dan Dushane recomended runing t-3 on keto diet, you will get better muscle preserving effects if you also run AS though
 
You telling me you lost 38lbs in 26 days?!? That's crazy, but if it's true you lost a ton of muscle. I wouldn't suggest t3 w/o AAS, especially on a restircted calorie diet.

What dose did you use?
 
what kinda dosage were you running? and were you doing straight keto or with refeeds? sorry if i cant help, im interested in your results
 
started using 25mcg and went all the way up to 140mcg, tapering down now. i know i lost some muscle but i didnt really have much to begin with. i just wanted to lose some fat- still got alot to lose. i only did two refeeds during this diet. the rest of the time i kept my cabrs under 20g. heres a before/after pic

hate to tell you this but you have succesfully incinerated tons of muscle, 140mcg without AS is way too much, 50mcg w/o AS is the most one should ever run
