Bad Creatine?

Can creatine go bad? I've been having some upset stomach/indigestion over the last couple days since I resumed taking my Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine. (I've used the product before without any adverse effects and have been happy with it.) I just realized this morning that, according to the container, the batch I have expired about three months ago. I plan to buy a new bottle.

Creatine can cause those sides. I have been using the creatine powerchews so I can control how I dose them otherwise I can have major stomach issues.

It seems a bit strange that it would go bad this soon after expiration. But it *is* expired so I shouldn't use it anyway. This particular brand has never given me such problems. I didn't take any creatine yesterday or today and I do feel better, digestion-wise.

I'll buy a fresh bottle and also experiment with the Powerchews. Thanks, guys.

Yeah they are. I actually got some not too long ago and man I don't hate taking creatine anymore. I look forward to it now
