For the last couple of weeks my back and chest has really begun to hurt now and again. It is a really tight feeling in both upper/lower back and chest.
I go to the gym, and it really does began to hurt BAD sometimes when i go, so i have to cut my workout short. Also it hurts a bit when i lay down on my back.
Any ideas whats up??
