Hopefully someone can help I have a half CC of test in a syringe thats been sitting for two weeks with some air in it. is it still safe to use

why wouldn't it be? there is air in a 10cc vial before you draw it out. If the syringe was sterile/clean and the oil was sterile/clean before you drew it out it should still be sterile/clean

As long as you followed proper procedure when drawing oil into syringe then you should be fine, make sure to use new pin, tap to get air bubbles to top and push oil through to release air ( I am sure you already know this mon cheri)
