Well the doctor said I could go back next week, but only for back, bi's, and legs. No type of pressing or lat pull-downs. Still a bummer I can't go all out, but it is better then nothing. Been off for 3 weeks and it has seemed like 6. I do have to admit the break has been somewhat nice. I just hope I bounce back quickly.
 
You'll be back to slamming the pink dbs in no time buddy. The newest thing is leg warmers in the weight area. All the rage. Grab a pair.
