This is mostly for the new comers on our family here.

Remember food is the most anabolic thing you can use first ,and if you dont know how to eat,what to eat,when to eat then all your money is down the drain and all your gains are not maximized if you gain at all

remember to take the time out and research or ask questions on how to diet,lots of good bros here can help you out..remember to get that protein high,carbs in,healthy fats,etc

remember there are different types of diets needed for your phase you want to bring you body to

so again im not talking to you old vets just wanted to tell the new guys on here that thinks roids are the answer

remember a few good healthy ways to up your calories easy are,
eat 2 ounces of almonds everyday,loaded with healthy calories and healthy fats

and keep some protein bars on you they will boost ur cals up by a few hundred to

dont forget to check out better protein bars or raw protein bars both good
 
Uhhhhh, let's make sure they ONLY use the all natural, all fresh Protein bars. Grabbing a Gas Station or GNC protein bar, you may as well go eat a couple candy bars that taste like ass.

Legacy some gas station have healthy /low sugar /low carbs protein bars !!!!!!!
I get mine with less than 6 or 4 grams of sugar .....
