SMITH MACH DEADS (ok, on the Smith) - 4 SETS
PULLOVERS 3 SETS
GOODMORNINGS 3 SETS
FEW LAT PULLDOWNS 3 SETS
SOME HYPERS AND FINISH OFF WITH A SET OR TWO OF CABLE ROWS.............
