WHo's training back and traps this afternoon??? Pumped????? What is your plan of attack? I
m thinking of skipping deadlifts today, to concentrate more on some lat work.........maybe somehting like

TBAR ROWS 4 SETS
STR8 BAR ROWS 4 SETS
SMITH MACH DEADS (ok, on the Smith) - 4 SETS
PULLOVERS 3 SETS
GOODMORNINGS 3 SETS
FEW LAT PULLDOWNS 3 SETS
SOME HYPERS AND FINISH OFF WITH A SET OR TWO OF CABLE ROWS.............
 
My traps always get real pumped on back days. Mainly cuz of my love for deadlifts and variations there of. Im all pumped and psyched to hit back again, but I got to wait til monday hehe. Plus I got to get another belt, just snapped mine =(
 
This is a program that I used last night:

1. Barbell Rows - 4 sets of 10
2. Seated Pulley Rows - 3 sets of 10
3. Wide Grip-Pull-Downs - 3 sets of 10
4. Partial Deadlifts - 2 x 10
5. Dumbbell Shrugs - 2 x 12

This specifically targets the lats, erectors, and traps.
 
When looking at your program, I would either use t-bar rows or barbell rows. . . there is no reason to include both.

Alternate between the two.
 
I agree with louden, and...

are you sure you can't do freeweight deads instead of smith? I cringe to think of trying to pull in a straight line. To me that sounds like asking for trouble.

HOLY CRAP! It's cool......I do Deads....just going to do them every other week to incorporate other moves.......Deads on the SMith are just lack Rack Deads.......staple of Tom Prince......give em a shot........
