OK, I knew from my doctor I had several MINOR hernias. But, now one suddenly is burst through and bulging, I think it is considered the main one in the groin area for the testies. Pain is above that, but bulge is in area of tubes etc.
I have an appointment for the doc, but anyone know of the repercussions of this? I know if it strangulates, that is SEVERE, but should I stop lifting objects and everything until it gets fixed? Work is my major worry as I just got off shoulder surgery. Another 8 weeks down for this may get me layed off.
