Ive recently given up ALL SUPPS with one exception

After all the BS and high hopes...ive decided

Its all crap.

Just eating real food, water, and downing MRP's between meals and before bed. Its a slow digesting, vitamin and mineral enhanced, complete supplement. Ive gone full circle in my bodybuilding career and have come back to the place Istarted.

take heed bitches

So you are basically using a protein blend supplement with the added carbs, fat, maltodextrin, sodium, artificial flavourings and a dash of sucralose or acesulfame K.

Sodium to potassium ratio is good

complete vitamin and mineral supplelement

more nitrogen retention with that protein mix, so more total daily grams of protein and more time with aminos in my system. always growing

throw a few of those in between ones 5-6 whole food meals and youre set to bulk, cut, or perform.

No, it was rhetorical as ALL meal replacement powders (MRP) are based around the same principle ingredients. Plus, I posted the ingredients to the MRP that you are using before knowing what the brand was.

Multiple Protein Powder sources + Carb Source + Fat Source + bulking agent + Artificial Flavours + Artificial Sweetener(s) = MRP

Not a very good choice when you are looking for a healthy supplement.
