Back still sore

what does your workout look like? it depends on how sore it is too. you can workout with your back sore but make sure not to push it to where it'll lead to possible injuries.

Lower back needs many days to recover if you strianed it. Short answer don't do any heavy lifting. Is it pain or just tired?
 
I have made it a hard and fast rule to NEVER work a muscle when it is still sore. When I started with lifting this way, I have made the best gains of my entire career. Good luck bro.
 
Thanks for the advice... my back isnt very sore -- I just still feel it -- definately not pain... my workout...

3x6 deadlifts
3x6 BB bent over rows
3x6 reverse single arm pulldowns
3x6 DB bent over rows


whatcha think?

I'd go ahead with it, although I would take it pretty easy... just listen to your body.
 
Sore as in "damn that was an awesome workout" or sore as in "fuck, this doesn't feel right"? Sore can happen, especially with a new routine or if you haven't trained in a bit. What part of the back is sore?

I'd throw in some hyper extensions.
 
I was sore from "DAMN THIS IS A DYNAMITE BACK WORKOUT" I had it on tuesday and was still a lil sore today -- not to bad though..
