anthrax MVP EF VIP Oct 3, 2004 #1 I used to do either bent over BB rows or 1 arm DB rows (along w/ other back movements) But, since you have pronated/supinated grip w/ BB rows and neutral grip w/ DB rowsm, aren't those exercises quite different hence complementary ?

bignate73 New member Oct 3, 2004 #3 the only real difference you will get with rows is elbow position, grip plays some role but not as much as elbows out to elbows tucked.
