Back Routine

New member
Like I previously said in my chest routine post, I just finished my cycle and am looking to change up my exercises. Here is what I'm thinking for my back/rear delts. Tell me what you think:

3 sets widegrip pullups
4 sets widegrip pulldowns
3 sets bent over DB rows
3 sets upright rows
3 sets reverse DB flyes
2 sets shrugs

I really don't like deadlifts.(too much pain in my lower back) But would you guys switch my DB rows with cable rows?? Any other suggestions welcomed.
Thanks

IMO, the pullups and pulldowns are redundant. They're almost the exact same motion. I'd mix that up a little. Looks good other than that.

Slayer - you lift? Do the Chat board people know about this?

I was thinking the same thing, but I figured he may have posted here before I did. I took it for granted that he got in his workouts dismembering deserving mortals.

Ever since I started incorporating bent-over rows with a barbell into my routine...my back has been spreading out like mad....

Every other workout I would suggest switching the DB rows with BB rows....just to mix things up and shit...

like that idea....switching from barbell rows to d/b rows every couple weeks....also i would just do some pull ups as a warm up,some type of row(barbell or d/b),then finish with what you want..........

Fuckers.

I wouldn't post on a site named eliteFITNESS.com if I didn't lift. Well perhaps I would, lots of folks do it seems.

I just get most of my training info from different sources. I have a great conditioning workout for gravediggers and robbers though.
