I'm on my first cycle of,

1-3 dbol 25mg ed
1-10 sust 250mg e4d

I'm doing a 5x5 and today was deadlift day. Set 1-3 went fine but at the end of the 4th set i got my first real back pump, it was very painfull. I stoped after my 4th set on deads but went on with my workout, but the back pump kept coming back. Should i drop deads, or should i do them last? Also would a belt helpkeep the pain at bay untill i'm dun workingout?

i expireinced this for the first time doing deadlifts on thursday. WOW i almost couldnt walk. took a long time to recover, but once it did, i was fine. i am going to wear a belt and take longer breaks to see whats up?

I experienced the same thing. You really just need to take a long breather after the deads. Also, I heard that milk thistle can help./

Milk thistle will help as long as you don't get bunk stuff....usually the capsules are the purest,it should say standardized extract, the tabs i have tried are bunk-stay away from them......run em thruout the day 600mg is a good starting point-some ALA wouldn't hurt also!

I find when I deadlift heavy and I wait too long between sets it has adverse effect. Dont rest more than 5 min. tops! You need that blood flowing.
