I currently on week 6 of anavar and winstrol with test and back pumps started already, I would like to ask you how long do they last or it varies from person to person, thank you.

If you've the back pumps you'll know how long they last. I'd guess they vary - so how long are yours lasting?
That varies from person to person, and from situation to situation. It is not a good idea to use these two compounds at once, since both of them can cause strong pumps and muscle cramps. By now you can supplement yourself with n2Guard - it has taurine in it, as well as other minerals, so it is extremely helpful in the fight against pumps and muscle cramps.
Muscle cramps/lower back pumps are a very common problem for a lot of steroid users. Especially when using oral steroids. Taurine is probably the best supplement you can take to prevent them.
Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:
1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.
2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)
3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout
4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

pumps are not a bad thing. but when they become counter productive to your fitness goals then they will be.
my question is why are you taking 2 of the worst steroids for pumps if you don't want them? everyone above gave you advice, but not a single person mentioned this. you should come off BOTH if you don't want pumps. run SARM's or run another steroid like EQ instead

If they are hindering your workouts then just drop the var. It is notorious for causing crippling pumps.
He never said he didn't want them - he asked how long they last. Hence the other replies.
