I forgot to include a second part on a previos post, so here goes it.
500mg/wk sus and 400mg/wk dec at the end of my 5th week.

starting to notice small pimple breakout on my rear delts. Does anyone have any strong suggestions. I shower twice a day as it is and have used retin A before and am not a big fan. The insight is appreciated....

i got a topical cream called Duac from the doc that worked really well

hmm i might try some of that duac. i ordered some of the acne formula from custom capsules soo we will see how that works out too. i HATE bacne, such a pain in the ass. especially this time of the year when u wanna go to the pool and show off your winter cycle. why god?? why??

you may wanna check out accutane if it's really bad!! I only get a few spots here and there, no real biggy so I just put up with it but I was never really prone to acne but swimming pools, and hot tubs if enough chlorine also dries your skin and as said above tanning will help to some degree!!

If you acne is bad and stubborn them accutane is the right choice IMO but if you get it sparingly then tanning and swimming (salt water or chlorine from pools, etc.) should do the trick. Once i start breaking out again i hit up the tanning beds and swim or if it gets really bad take some accutane for like a week or so and it gets it under control again.

Tanning helps alot as well, drys you spots out.
true, but if your on acne medication be careful with sun exposure and tanning, cause they make your skin much more sensitive
