in the photo where i look larger I weighed 248 and in the other 254...biggest difference in training was seriously attacking deadlifts every other back workout.

I think the one on the left is the new one. He looks a wee bit bigger in that one. He's also closer to the camera so it's hard to tell.

There is definitely more thickness on the photo on the left... Yep... it looks like those deadlifts worked.

Yeah the one on the left has the improvement ...for some reson the board posted it too big , as though it were a BMP instead of the JPG ...on a smaller scale it is much easier to see the improvement.

it seems you hav more size but its very hard to tell due to the distance of the picture next time choose a place to set the camera and put the timer on and stand in a spot that you'll remember next time or tape it so u really know your growth

The one on the left looks thicker toward the outside of the lat spread and the lower lats come in better good work....

yes the one on the left I am closer to the camera...but that doesn't effect the thickness throough the center of my back ...and yes I weghed less in the picture on the left...I just look bigger , probably from less bodyfat and of coarse more muscle.
