Back pain

BOB

New member
I'm in the middle of my cycle now and starting to get cronic back discomfort. Does not feel like spine problem..very familiar with disk problems....but can not seem to work it out. Have had girlfriend give me back rubs every day but still not right.
How much does anopolin effect the kidneys? What would be best for results...already drinking ton of water and some crannberry juice.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Bob,
just curious, does it feel like a prolonged pump? I have been having the same problem. I think that the prop in the sust I am using is doing it. I am waiting on some arimidex now to ease the bloating, you might want to try that. I think that the extra water retention overhydrates the lower disc, causing pain and extra pressure. Just my two cents.

What you probably have is "Back pump". It's very common with Dianabol.

The pain your talking about is probably due to water retention in your erector spinae ( the muscle that runs vertically along either side of your spine). If you persist in D-Bol usage you could look into regulating your water unfortunately this will probably effect the strength gains you would get from the D-bol ultimately effecting its overall potential to build mass.

does itoccur only during and after your workout or all the time if it only occurs during and after your workout its probably severe back pump it will go away after your done with your cycle

Thanks for the info... It does mostly come after a work out.
Is there anything I can do about it or just work through it?

Atleast now I won't freak out that something is wrong

genarr said it all bro! I get them all the time when I take dbol. But I also get shin splints and forarm pains along with the lower back pains. Dbol has its ups and downs, but I feel the gains outway the negatives.

back pain

yeah, I'm getting the same back pain. it is on the sides of my spine. with heavy movements like squats, deads, etc. the pain is so bad that i can barely even finish a workout.:bawling:
