AFTER A month or so of MAAjor diet and training slackage...

a new year and some new equipment i plan on gettin back into it...

by equipment i mean an elliptical i got in my basement...

i felt as though body fat loss was always the key for me, as i was am still am around 18 percent...

i could never lift, then do cardio.....repetitively.....so i decided to get an elliptical at home for sake of convenience

30 min of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning...

then lifting midday

then 20-30 min at night before bed

i figure if i do this and eat clean, as well as keep my carb intake at only morning.....pre lift and post lift, i will finally get that body fat down...

so starting jan 2, i plan on getting back into it, as well as back on the board too..!

i dont plan on doing my 2nd cycle until i lose some bf first.....but i was thinking of doing an ECA stack to help with the bf loss...

bought lipoflame a couple months ago to cut with, didnt work......but i wasnt sticking with it......the cutter was hoooooooorible timing, as it was treading right into the holidays......

what is the proper dosage and info i need to know regarding ECA???
