Back in the saddle again.

I had just started working back out again after a couple injuries, and now I have a vacation coming up soon.

I'm trying to get in better shape faster, and i know that a standard workout just wont cut it in time.

i got release to start lifting about a month ago so i've been doing that since.

i'm trying to stay on a consistent diet of tuna, chicken and pasta. mainly eating at Panera and just chicken breast.

What would be best to use to help lose the fat i've gained, and build the muscle i want in lue of my trip? thanks in advance..
 
i was thinking about maybe clenbuterol, but i was hoping that there was a better type that will not only cut, yet build. Or possibly any stack.
