first post on here - seems like a non biased, informative forum so kudos to admins on that.
my current stats and plan - 23 years old, 5'6.5" 134lbs which is around 15lbs over my peak goal weight of 116-121. After a bout of being fairly underweight at around 108lbs I turned my life back on a healthy track and now need to get back into peak, strong condition.
I'm doing high intensity cardio first thing in the morning 5x a week before work for about 60 mins. I plan on incorporating my strength training routine back in once I cut back on my cardio time since I only have about an hour to spend in the gym each morning. Right now cardio is most important, IMO, as I try to cut down the excess weight I have accumulated. I should mention during the time I was underweight I was out of the gym around 1 year.
My diet is fairly balanced but pretty contained - whole grains, fruits and veggies, lean proteins (chicken, turkey) and limited sugar is allowable just to keep from overindulging when/if I cheat. I keep to around 2000 calories/day and would like to have the discipline to cut back further which brings me to supplements. lement I just started Hoodia for my first time in attempt to curb appetite with little result but I'm only on day 3. I plan on trying Thermorexin in this effort as well.
Recommendations are welcome - supplements, diet, workout, etc.
Thanks in advance. Will keep updated with progress.
