So I stopped working out julyish of 09 and I am starting up again. I use to do 5x5 for bench press. What should I try now? Btw I used to rep 225 atleast 10 times and now I can barely get 185 up 5 times. Sad, huh?

It happens. Luckily, muscle memory will help you get back to where you were fairly quickly, assuming you eat well and lift hard.
 
I'm actually looking to increase my overall strength. Before I had massive upper body compared to my lower. I wanna even it out more and get a 6 pack.
