Hey Guys...

Well this is the deal...

I was at 190 - 195 ~ 8% at 5'10...

I had a bit of a 'stuation' with drugs etc... I am a club DeeJay, and spin records etc... well I got into this scene pretty hard, stopped training and eating well all together, and basically withered all my size down to nothing.

I've done 2 cycles in the past... the first was 8 weeks/Sus 250... gained and kept ~15lbs or so and stayed REAL lean (I am a natural Ectomorph). I did another, 500mg Sus (10 weeks)/40mg Dboll (first 5 weeks). This is what brought me to 210, then 195 lean...

I've been training hard, and worked my way back up to around 165 ~ 7 - 8 bf (just guessing)...

My question is...

I am still seeing decent gains, and figure I will continue to just eat (~4000 cals a day).

I am also taking:

5g Creatine in my post workout shake
10g Clutamine in my post workout shake
500mg TT in the morning

I was thinking of doing a 10 week cycle as follows:

Week Dianabol Enanthate Equipoise Clomid

Week 1 30 400 400 50mg/day
Week 2 30 400 400 50mg/day
Week 3 30 400 400 50mg/day
Week 4 30 400 400 50mg/day
Week 5 30 400 400 50mg/day
Week 6 400 400 50mg/day
Week 7 400 400 50mg/day
Week 8 400 400 50mg/day
Week 9 400 400 50mg/day
Week 10 400 400 50mg/day
Week 11 50mg/day
Week 12 100mg/day
Week 13 100mg/day

Hopefully that formatting worked out ok. If not, you know what I mean...

Basically I was hoping to gain back some size that I lost, and figured it'd be a quicker way to do so... I figured I wouldn't be able to get close to 2 bills again without the sauce, being that I used it before, yet don't want to just jump on for the sake of jumping on if it's too early in the game.

I've been following the 5x5 and have been getting strong as hell! going up 5 even 10 lbs each primary lift! (Thanks NeedSize).

I guess I just don't know if I should wait till after Christmas (see where things are at), or just go for it now.

Hopefully you guys can give me a little insight... (without the typical... 'eat and train, ya skinny bastard!' remarks...

Wait till december. This way you'll be in a better position to judge your self and your progression. The cycle posted ain't that bad. Personally, I would take deca instead of EQ, if bulking and putting mass is your main goal.

I just figured the two to be similar compounds... but thinking about it... a lot of people stack the two with great results... so maybe it's worth thinking about... I also figured Deca to be a lot more $$$ then EQ no?

Deca is a true mass gainer while EQ is more into quality mass. That's my personal opinion but I always felt Deca was a better option for someone looking to build a good base.
 
Unless you get QV deca or something the Eq will be less expensive. In my experience the Eq gains are more lean and less "bloaty". Frankly, you probably won't gain much more (keepable) muscle after week eight anyway. I think you could cut this to 8 instead of ten weeks and "frontload" the Eq. In my exp. the recovery of natural test is easier when coming off six - eight week cycles vs ten - twelve week cycles.

wks1-3 Eq 600mg
wks4-8 Eq 400mg
wks1-8 EN 400mg
wks1-4 Dbol 20-25mg daily
