Does anyone do back and hams in the same workout due to the deadlift factor? If so, do you interchange between back and ham exercises or work one first then the other next? Whats your workout look like? Results?
Yeah I think I'm going to start .. on my current leg day, I concentrate on quads and calves so much that my hams don't get enough work. I was thinking of doing them with back b/c the hams get worked during deads .... any thoughts?
I have never really tried it, my hams heal real fast from deadlifting unless it is sldl but I gues it could work ell for those who need a whole session devoted to quads, I would probably throw calves and abs on the quad day. tell us how is goes
