64oz 1%milk fat cottage cheese

3 sun-kist tuna packets (never had before)
1 galllon skim milk
6 banannas

Not bad. Didn't need any oatmeal or bread this go...I'm bored, don't ask why I posted this.
 
It's one of the healthiest sources of fat for your diet. I take a tbsp of it with a can/packet of tuna as my last meal of the day.
 
olive oil and flax are my two main sources of fat. Olive is a lot cheaper, but I read so much good stuff about flax...so I use both.
 
It's not the most pleasant taste. I normally just down a tbsp of it cold, though with these new tuna packs, I may just pour it in and mix it up, eat straight out of the bag.
