What's going on everyone?! I haven't been on in quiet some time!!
A lot has changed since I've logged on.
Moved to the west coast, settled down, and had my first little girl (turning 1 in 2 weeks) she's my pride and joy. Been running through cycles on and off for years now.
Today as we stand I'm sitting on 200lbs pretty lean id say around 8% bf.
Currently on week 5:
800 test e
500 deca
500 tren e
Got an injury doing heavy skull crushers 2 weeks ago, couldn't even close my grip or move my arm it was so painful.
Been icing, putting on heat patches, and doubling up on chron and msm.
Today after 2 weeks out of gym (besides cardio) tried to press and still hurts pretty bad.
Need advise?
Should I continue to cycle, light weights and cardio?
Or stop cycle all together let it completely heal, and start over once it's 100% healed.
Hate injuries they set me back so much. Thanks in advance !
Anyone have remedies or advise on how to heal this quicker id appreciate it also!!
