This post is for a friend of mine who would like advice. He just got back from the army. When he left he was a solid 225lbs and around 6', prob about 10% bf give or take. He had excellent diet, lifted 5-6 days a week, and cardio about 2 days a week. Now that he is back he is around 205lbs. While gone he did alot of cardio, however rarely got to lift, and his diet was still preaty good. He says he feels weak, and is looking on advice about getting his strength and size back.
He is about to start a 10 week cycle, that will consist of:
50mg Winny (eod), 25mg D-Bol (ed), 300mg Deca (week), and for Post: Clomid, Nolva, and maby HCG
Any advice would be really helpful. I will try to post some before and after pics because this guy has good genetics, so I think there will be good gains.
