Just wanted to list my back training..Please post any thoughts suggestions criticisms!!!!

Deads 225x10 315x7 335x5 (couple lght wght wmups)
BB Rows 135x13 185x10 205x8 225 6-8
Lat pulls 165x15 180x10 195x10 195x10
1 Arm dbell rows 100x10 110x8 120x8
seated rows 150x12 165x10
i rotate traps between back day and delt day
either do dbell shrugs or BB shrugs 3-5 sets reps usually start at 15 down to 6.

Deads are relatively new (doing them only a few months) for me and i really love em gonna push for 405 in the next 2 weeks..
 
Veery nice, I personally think you cut down on the reps a little and go a little heavier.
225x5, 315x5, 335x5, 355x3 maybe? but do what you feel comfy with as long as you are getting progress

cool.. i was actually thinking about that..The week before i tried an xtra set with 365 i pulled 2 but i could feel my form was off so racked it..think i was just tired..i like ur thinking though..thanx
 
Looks great! Some very respectable lifts!Youll be deadlifting 400+ before you know it. Alternating with the lowest setting on the power rack has helped me alot. That and flat shoes made a huge difference. As you get the technique down better and better the weight will start piling on. PM me if you have any questions. Keep it up!!

As always i appreciate ur feedback!!! I was also thinking of going to flatter shoes..Usually wear my nike shox ..thanks bro
