Lord Suston was in the house for this one.

Deads 405 5 X 2*
Bent Over Rows 225 2 X 6 (supinated, pronated)
Supinated pull downs 220 2 X 8
Supinated Pull Ups Bodyweight 2 X 8 (quick)
Face Pulls 50 2 X 25

Those are my #'s. I failed on an attempt to deadlift 500. I got it off the floor two inches and down it came crashing down. Ala, no grip. Time to work on that :)

Lord suston is a solid workout partner man. Consistant energy and a warrant for pain. :) I will not post his #'s. I will let him do that.

I got the rows on video. The other exercises didn't come out.

after my vacation I had a chance to workout with the Hammer so I figured I would do a little less than normal.

Deads 135x8,225x8,335x8,405 2x2, 500x0:bawling: grip failed after I got it close to locking out.

Ripped off a huge calous (sp) and still kept working out

latpulldowns 190x8, 230x8,230x8

bentover rows 225x8, 225x8 had to wrap my hand since it was killing me

did some face pulls as well. Solid workout after vacation and good to see hammer dead with good form for such a tall lanky bastard;)

Thanks, the callous thing hurt when trying to grip anything but I figured it would be more painful to be skinny and weak. Just imagine everytime you tryed to grab something it felt like your hand was on fire, after awhile you just get pissed since your hand always feels like it is on fire and worekout anyways
 
Don't you love his determination. Lord was unbelievably ecited when his calous ripped off. About the size of a nickel I might add. lolololol Sure that felt good. He did it in the beginning of the workout too!

must be sweet to have a workout partner from the board - i envy you guys. nice #'s! - i'm going for 515 deadlift this friday.
 
deadlift is all about technique dont worry so much about poundages just use good form.

i remember when i used to deadlift really fast and with mainly legdrive the most i ever got was 465 for a set of 2, but my back was smaller. but now im much bigger in my back area but i do mainly stiff legs and regular deadlifts withought using all the legdrive for the momentum.
 
actually suston i used to use gloves when lifting, then i quit using em so i could strengthen my grip and the first few days, my hands were on fire the entire time, but i put up some nice prs on those days in db press and preacher curls, i feel like gloves inhibited me some
