Been out of the gym for almost 2 years. First post so hello to all. Pushups for a mo th and 2 days at the gym. At 179 (been up to 230) @ 5'10" and want to be 205ish at 10 percentile.

legs, legs, legs. you cannot build a nice body without a foundation. i can tell by your pic you do not work out your legs very much.

ya ya ya i know guys hate doing their legs but trust me its the most fun workout. deadlifts, squats are a lot of fun.. its up to you to make them fun though.
