Deadlifted today. beena few months since I last did these at T3C house (got 565 off chains suspended) these felt ood some how though, then I realized I jsut wasn't use to pulling any more.
5x3 with 315 raw grip, nice and easy trying to get form work down, realize I don't sick back enough to utilize my leg
, but realively easy.
3x8 Overhand grip pulldowns 180lbs, easy untill last set but got all reps
2x8 Underhand grip 180, real easy
3x10 Shrugs with 335, my back was tire trying to hold these was tough
