BAC ALA assay proof

BAC R-ALA assay proof

I've been reading posts that BAC's R-ALA is only 80% R isomer. I reciently ordered some and asked for an assay from the manufacturer and it said 97. something % pure. Now I'm not saying that anyone is lying about the quality of the product, however I would like to see the assay proving that it really is only 80% R. If anyone has access to it I would very much appreciate if it could be posted. I'd like to see some cold hard proof. Thanks!!

The first run BAC had was 80%. I sent them a copy of the assay that was sent to me. They may have taken that to the source and demanded better purity. I would have. Also keep in mind that the assay will show the total amount of ALA r&s together and then you have to have an optical rotation test done to get the amount of each.
But the difference between 97 and 99 is huge with lipoic acid. The 99 costs almost 50% more because at 97% it's still racemic and you still have the inhibition of the S-ALA. If you test Glucorell against purala, BAC or anyone else yourself by just using them you will find a very wide gap in the effectiveness.
We are getting phone calls and letters (email) from people who want to know what's wrong with the r-ALA they bought somewhere else. We have been offering anyone who bought another brand a free exchange for Glucorell R and people were taking it in a heartbeat. Here is just one message.
I x'ed out his email because I didn't ask him if I could post this.

Comment:How does a person get the discount coupon? I would like to order some of the r-ala but would like to see how much the discount coupon can save me, I have used 1fast400\'s ala & r-ala and I thought it was shit, so I need a quality product. I have a registered account at the AF store.

Urgent: True

Have you guys tested the purala?

I tried BAC's r-ala and suspected it was not the same quality as AF's. I definitely saw a difference. At first I thought it just my imagination but that didn't last long. This thread just verifys that for me so thanks.

I was mistaken about the assay it cam out to 99.97 not 97.00, anyway, I'd just like to see the assay if that is possible. Thanks!
