I'm a big advocate for the use of B5 for acne. I definitely helps me out a lot. The most I ever took was 6grms/day for 1 week then dropped down to 3-4grms/day. That helps a lot for AS induced acne. Now I normally supplement regularly with B5, usually just taking 1-1.5grms/day. NOTE: 1-1.5grms/day has helped keep me clear, but I havent been taking much as far as AS is concerned in the last couple months, just anavar. I just started a light dose of test 3 weeks ago, but I'm going to supplement with 1.5grms/day and hope that my acne doesnt flare up too bad. Damn Acne!
And growin, you say there is an inj. B5? where do you get it?
