I'm a big advocate for the use of B5 for acne. I definitely helps me out a lot. The most I ever took was 6grms/day for 1 week then dropped down to 3-4grms/day. That helps a lot for AS induced acne. Now I normally supplement regularly with B5, usually just taking 1-1.5grms/day. NOTE: 1-1.5grms/day has helped keep me clear, but I havent been taking much as far as AS is concerned in the last couple months, just anavar. I just started a light dose of test 3 weeks ago, but I'm going to supplement with 1.5grms/day and hope that my acne doesnt flare up too bad. Damn Acne!

And growin, you say there is an inj. B5? where do you get it?
 
the B5 works for me really well, but it makes my blatter hurt, i know it sounds weird, but i can't piss or shit when i take that stuff, anyone have any ideas why that might be?
 
Halfway through week 2. Seeing some improvement. I just upped to 4 grams a day this week. (Started at 2 grams/day) Should know by next week.

Look for "Pantothenic Acid". Shows up more often than searching for "B-5". That's for the pill form.

I have found one injectable B-5. It listed at 200mgs. I assume that was per ml. If that's the case, I would think you would have to inject 25 cc's to get 5 grams! I would opt for the pills. They come in 1000mg and 500mg/pill. (And lower too.)

Yes it works.....plain and simple. The study was decently run and we have seen many on this board, including myself, do well with B5.
 
Pray to God that the beneficiaries of the anti-ance pharmaceuticals like accutane never get word of this. Soon we may be hearing about the toxic effects of B5 in a future FDA announcements. It will probably be known to cause seizures, cataracts, renal failure,etc. when taken in high doses in the near future.
 
Definitely cleared me up. Started at 10 grams a day (two 5 gram doses, morning-afternoon) for a week and then dropped to 5 grams a day. I had it bad. Use the powder form. Cheaper and easier to take. You can get the powdered B5/pantothenic acid online at Beyond A Centruy. I also wash with HibiClens twice a day. It's a soap that contains hibitane and you have to ask the pharmicist for it.
