i see alot of people on here reccomend 3 gams to use to clear up acne then 500 maintenence....these people over here have had good success with using 10 grams a day...heres the link

would you guys reccomned start taking it about 2 weeks before cycle starts?then just keep at it until pct is over?

yeah start taking it 2 weeks before because at first it will make you break out after a weak or so, and then the breakout will clear and it will start getting better.

www.b5supplements.com but your probably better off with a high quality twinlab b5 in the 500mg capsule form and then take a b complex so you dont get a b deficiency!

nah you don't need bcomplex. You just need biotin every day. There is biotin in a bcomplex but I don't think its enough.
